Her market knowledge and excitement on presenting an architect built home was refreshing and she was spot on with pricing. It was obvious she was working for us as her client to get the best price, and she did with our buyers. Muchly appreciated was she did not over inflate the marketing package required to sell our home. She was very aware in this current market the stock shortage and homes are selling very quickly. She was readily available and if not always called back in a timely manner. Beverley was at pre-settlement with the new owners and answered any 'tricky' questions posed by us or the new owners. After 20 years of renting in numerous share houses throughout Perth's central suburbs - Just Real Estate ended up being my final Property Managers before my partner and I bought a house. Out of the countless property managers I have had, Just Real Estate in Mundaring were head and shoulders above the rest. Respectful, attentive and always quick to reply; rather than being made to feel like a thorn in their side we were always made to feel like we were being listened too and never had any issues whatsoever.
In all my years having to deal with the "dreaded real estate agent", I have never met a better agent then Dee Gatti and her team at Just REWA. *NB: I have only had to deal with Dee Gatti so can only base my review on my experiences involving her. Well on that point it's actually the first positive feedback I have which is that I have only dealt with the one agent from the start, from organising the initial open house inspection a year and half ago to signing the lease all the way to now with my quarterly rental inspections and dealing with maintenance and repair issues. (Nothing worse than getting handballed around the office to different people in different "departments") Secondly- Customer Service: , Dee and her admin team couldn't be more accommodating, understanding, friendly, courteous and yet still professional but more importantly efficient. They are on top of everything, respond to all communication even if it's a call back and get stuff done without messing around. Also she does not make rental inspections feel like a your sitting an exam or being your being judged. I honestly have not had one bad incident in the past 18months and look forward to hopefully having them as my rental agents in the years to come.
